The Dreams are Ageless Golf Outing is a major fundraising effort to support the work of Hospice Dreams. As a 501(c)3 charitable organization, Hospice Dreams gives adult hospice patients the opportunity to live out a dream – a final adventure - where they can spend a joy-filled day with loved ones creating memories of living.
